What really surprised me was a site layout; there was just a black text on a white background and I didn’t really think someone still uses such an obsolete design.

However, I came there not to enjoy the site but to get a resume well-written. First of all, I checked the prices. As a mid-level manager, I was supposed to get a professional package which included a single resume given in five formats. I also needed a cover letter, and there it cost $65.

Finally, the writer answered she could write a new resume for me and gave the instructions to pay. I was promised to get my brand new resume and a cover letter in 5 days.

As my old resume was pretty detailed, I wasn’t asked to fill in the questionnaire. The writer only asked me some extra questions in written, example of a job ad and I haven’t heard from her since then. As for site support, I could hardly find a contact number. However, when four days since the moment of purchase passed and I decided to ask about the progress, nobody answered me.

Conclusion

I got my package in 6 days. I was satisfied with resume quality and only had a few remarks. Nevertheless, the entire process was a real disaster – no communication, no options to choose a deadline and a website making it really hard to find necessary information. In spite of good writing quality, I cannot recommend this site due to badly organized service.
